Refund policy

Change of mind return.
We understand that sometimes a purchase isn’t quite what you expected. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is:

~ Unused and unwashed

~ In it's original packaging

~ In resaleable condition

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.  To start a return, you can contact us at huiaco_foryou@gmail.com.   

Damages and issues
We inspect all items prior to sending for any defects, however if your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where required. 

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take several days for your bank to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at huiaco.foryou@gmail.com.
