We carefully prepare every Huia order with the same attention to detail that goes into our products.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
Delivery times are generally:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
Please note that rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
